JBS Refrigeration did an excellent job repairing my 500 lb ice maker. Joey, my technician, came in, quickly assessed the issue, found the problem, and got it repaired in a very short timely manner. The ice maker is now working flawlessly. Joey was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. We had a great experience with JBS Refrigeration and can’t recommend them enough. Their pricing was fair, their knowledge was obvious from the start, and they were incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Blake came out to install our walk in freezer unit, and we quickly discovered that the previous company had unfortunately ruined the units we had planned to use. Instead of just pushing a quick fix, Blake took the time to walk us through every option in detail so we could make the most informed decision for our business. He really had our best interest in mind, focusing on long term reliability and protecting our investment. We ultimately decided to purchase a new unit, and Blake had it installed the very next day. The turnaround time alone was impressive. After installation, he made sure we fully understood maintenance and upkeep, and reassured us that they’re always just a phone call away if we ever need anything. As a beef company, having a reliable walk in freezer is absolutely critical to our operation, and JBS gave us complete peace of mind. We’re so grateful for Blake and the entire team. Although my call was late in the day, Joey of JB Services came immediately to assess my a/c problem.  He explained all of my repair options & offered his expertise to help me make the best decision for my particular unit. His work was fast & efficient at a fair price. Please feel confident calling JB Services for your cooling & heating needs. Unfortunately, I must edit my review.  I have called repeatedly for service on my air conditioner. Although I have spoken to an office representative, I have never received a call back from the technician and finally had to call another a/c repair service. I am now learning that I should have registered my unit 4 years ago, but I did not know that and never received warranty information. I've also called and asked for the warranty information, but again did not get a call back or an email with the information.
